The proposing theatre assures with the proposal that the production, if selected, will be available for a guest performance in Berlin for the entire period from 6 to 11 May 2025.*

With this proposal, the proposing theatre assures that it can dispose of this production and is responsible for the organisation and conclusion of the contract.*

By submitting the proposal, the proposing person assures that he/she is authorised to dispose (on behalf of the theatre) and owns the rights of use to the production recording and the other materials to be submitted as part of the application process.
In addition, the proposing person (representing the theatre) confirms with the submission of the proposal that the submitted media and production materials will be transferred free of charge to the collection of the Children's and Young People's Theatre Centre in the FRG after the conclusion of the festival, which will make these contents accessible to its users in compliance with copyright and data protection regulations. Insofar as the theatre holds the copyrights to parts of the transferred documents, it shall grant the collection of the KJTZ the unrestricted rights of use for all types of use to these parts. The rights of use shall be granted exclusively and without restriction in terms of space, time and content.
For mutual contractual security, this informal agreement is supplemented by a framework agreement between the theatre and the collection of the KJTZ for this and any future levies to the collection. The corresponding documents will be sent to the theatre by the Information and Documentation Department of the KJTZ after receipt of the proposal.*

Private Policy

The data submitted through the online form and the materials provided via the KJTZBOX (cloud storage) will be used for the following purposes: Processing and review of the proposals by the curators and organisers of the selection process for the AUGENBLICK MAL! 2025 festival. Should the proposed production be invited to the festival, the data and materials will also be processed for the organisation and public relations work of the festival and its programme (based on Art. 6 para. 1 DS-GVO) as well as for project documentation for sponsors. After the conclusion of the events, personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements; the proposals received and materials submitted will be included in the collection of the Children and Young People’s Theatre Centre in the Federal Republic of Germany (KJTZ) for archiving purposes in the public interest as well as for scientific and historical research purposes (based on §40 BDSG; Art. 89 DSGVO).

Furthermore, you have a right to free information about your stored data as well as, under certain circumstances, a right to correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of the data. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
