The first floor is not accessible at ground level. The entrance to the first floor office is accessible via a 4-step landing. The 1st floor can be reached by a passenger elevator. The entrance doors are passable with a wheelchair. There is no disabled toilet in the rooms. Individual car parking spaces are located in the adjacent courtyard. They can be used by arrangement.
